Can you count to 5? If so, you can do this workout: 1 8-count burpee 2 pullups 3 staggered arm pushups (each way) 4 abdominal curls 5 air squats repeat 10x
Here’s some upper body with core: 30 seconds Air Bike Ab curls 30 seconds (each way) Dead bug-advanced 20 ab curls 20 divebomb pushups 20 pike walks repeat 5 x
The Countdown Continues . . . 60 Air Squats 50 Push Ups 40 Forward Lunges (20 each leg) 30 Pull Ups (assist bands welcomed) 20 Side Lunges (10 each leg) 10 burpees 6-count Do 2 rounds & post your time!
