Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

How about a little ‘4-play?’

  • 4x4x4 push-Ts (4 each side, 4 sets)
  • 4 10 yard bear crawls (up & back is 2)
  • 4 pike walk pushups
  • 4 pullups

repeat 4x.  Go for time if you like!
