How fast can you complete this one I call “fight for your life?”

  • 2 minutes shadow boxing w/5lb dumbells (or bag punch)
  • 25 kettlebell swings
  • 25 air squats
  • 15 pullups
  • 2 minutes shadow boxing w/5lb dumbells (or bag punch)
  • 15 kettlebell swings
  • 15 air squats
  • 10 pullups
  • 2 minutes shadow boxing w/5lb dumbells (or bag punch)
  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 air squats
  • 5 pullups
  • 1 mile run! (ouch)

I finished in 17:53.
