Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I did this “Plethora of Pushups & Pullups” with some cardio mixed in.  With or without the cardio, it’s a fun one!

  • 10 pushups (medium width hands)
  • 10 pike walk pushups
  • 10 squat thrust pushups
  • 10 pullups
  • jog 1 mile
  • 10 sumo pushups (alternating hands)
  • 10 staggered hand pushups (5 each way)
  • 10 divebomb pushups
  • 10 pullups (reverse grip)
  • jog 1 mile
  • 30 push-T pushups (15 each way)
  • 10 pullups
  • jog 1 mile
  • 30 pushups (wide hand position)
  • 10 pullups (reverse grip)
  • jog 1 mile

Took me just under 50 minutes.
