Seems my lack of frequency and intensity of workouts has been missed during my cycling season. Now that Fall is upon us you can expect more. Here’s one I am calling “A Tribute To Bonnie”:
- 5 pullups
- 6 bear crawls (10yards up & back = 2)
- 7 jump burpees
- 8 squat thrust pushups
- 9 kettlebell swings
- 10 air squats
x5 rounds as quickly as possible.
