Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

You non-cardio types may not like this one, but exercise isn’t ALWAYS fun . . .

  • 50 staggered-arm pushups (25 each way)
  • 1 mile run (or 8 minutes cardio)
  • 50 squat jumps
  • 1 mile run (or 8 minutes cardio)
  • 50 pullups
  • 1 mile run (or 8 minutes cardio)
  • 50 kettlebell swings
  • 1 mile run (or 8 minutes cardio)
  • 50 forward lunges (25 each leg)
