Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

We all like to eat, so why not try my “Cardio Sandwich?”  15 minutes of delicious cardio sandwiched bewteen 5 exercises!  It goes like this:

  • 20 pushups
  • 20 pullups (assisted is fine)
  • 20yd bear crawl (10yd up & back)
  • 20 one-arm kettlebell swings (each arm)
  • 20 one-arm lateral kettlebell swings (each arm)
  • 15 minutes cardio (pick your mode)
  • 20 pushups
  • 20 pullups
  • 20 yd bear crawl
  • 20 one-armed kettlebell swings
  • 20 one-armed kettlebell swings
