This workout is all about quality of each exercise. I call it ” The Perfect 10.” Do each exercise slowly with focus on proper technique.
Warm up with 100 jumping jacks and stretching.
- 10 yard bear crawl (5x up & 5x back)
- 10 pushups
- 10 pullups
- 10 air squats
- 10 squat thrusts w/ pushup
- 10 mountain climbers
- 10 forward lunges (left leg, then right leg)
- 10 side lunges (left side, then right side)
- 10 dive bomb pushups
- 10 jump burpees w/ pushup
