Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

This workout is all about quality of each exercise.  I call it ” The Perfect 10.”  Do each exercise slowly with focus on proper technique.

Warm up with 100 jumping jacks and stretching.

  • 10 yard bear crawl (5x up & 5x back)
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 pullups
  • 10 air squats
  • 10 squat thrusts w/ pushup
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 10 forward lunges (left leg, then right leg)
  • 10 side lunges (left side, then right side)
  • 10 dive bomb pushups
  • 10 jump burpees w/ pushup
