sorry for my negligence, but cycling has temporarily taken over my workout world! I need to just “Take 15”, which is just what I did for this workout . . .
Start with 15 minutes of cardio of your choice.
- 15 air squats
- 15 pushups
- 15 seconds front plank
- 15 seconds side plank (both sides
- 15 pullups
repeat exercises twice, then 15 minutes more cardio, then repeat exercises twice. Totals 60 reps of all exercises and 30 minutes of cardio!
