Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

This one is called “Back & Forth”.  Your goal is to finish everything including warm-up and warm-down in 20 minutes.

  • warm-up with 2 rounds of 25 pushups & 25 kettlebell swings.
  • 20 rounds of 12 air squats & 4 pullups.
  • warm-down with 2 rounds of 25 pushups & 25 kettlebell swings.
