  • 10 jump burpees w/ pushup
  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 pike walk pushups
  • 10 minute run
  • 8 jump burpees w/ pushup
  • 8 kettlebell swings
  • 8 pike walk pushups
  • 8 minute run
  • 6 jump burpees w/ pushup
  • 6 kettlebell swings
  • 6 pike walk pushups
  • 6 minute run
  • 4 jump burpees w/ pushup
  • 4 kettlebell swings
  • 4 pike walk pushups
  • 4 minute run
  • 2 jump burpees w/ pushup
  • 2 kettlebell swings
  • 2 pike walk pushups
  • 2 minute run
