Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

Do this in under 1 hour:

  1. jog 25 minutes
  2. 14 reps of the following exercises:
  3. pushups
  4. staggered arm pushups
  5. pike walk pushups
  6. pullups
  7. bar dips
  8. kettlebell swings
  9. jog 25 minutes

finish this with a bucket of popcorn at Toy Story 3.
