Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I celebrated my 53rd birthday this week with the following workout.  I expect you all to do the same . . .

Warm-up- 53 jumping jacks & stretching, 1/2 mile jog

  • 53 squat thrust pushups
  • 53 lateral squat jumps
  • 53 pike walk pushups
  • 53 air squats
  • 53 pullups (lots of assistance!)
