Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I call this one “A Cardio Sandwich”.  Have this instead of  a burger!

jog 1 mile

Do 3 rounds of below:

  1. 20 pushups
  2. 20 prisoner squats (wide stance, toes & knees point out)
  3. 20 crossover mountain climbers (knee to opposite elbow)
  4. 10 pullups

jog 1 mile
