Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I call this  “The Countdown” workout.  A great one for a quick workout!

  • 10 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 9 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 8 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 7 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 6 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 5 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 4 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 3 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 2 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
  • 1 pushups, air squats, kettlebell swings, bar dips, squat thrusts
