Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I call this one “Bad to the Core”  even though it is really good for the core.  Be sure to use good form for all exercises!

  • front plank (30 seconds)
  • side plank ( 30 seconds each side)
  • back bridge (30 seconds)
  • squat thrusts (15)
  • crunches (15)
  • push-Ts (10 each side)
  • knees to elbows (10)

repeat 4x and say “ouch”
