  • warm-up with 1 mile jog
  • 100 yard run
  • 20 staggered arm pushups (10 each way)
  • 20 pike walk pushups
  • 20 squat thrust pushups
  • 100 yard run
  • 12 staggered arm pushups (6 each way)
  • 12 pike walk pushups
  • 12 squat thrust pushups
  • 100 yard run
  • 8 staggered arm pushups (4 each way)
  • 8 pike walk pushups
  • 8 squat thrust pushups
  • 100 yard run
  • warm-down with a 1 mile jog
