Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

This can be a leisurely workout or an intense one depending on your desire- just get it done.

  • jog 1 mile
  • 10 divebomb pushups
  • 30 seconds each plank (left side, front, right side)
  • 10 jump burpees with pushup

repeat 3x

My time was 33:12 running clock, no stopping.
