Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

Sorry for the hiatus but spring break hit and no workouts for a week (actually I rode 150 miles but we won’t count that).  So, here’s the workout for this week- I call it 369.

  • 3 pullups
  • 6 pushups
  • 9 air squats

repeat 20 x and blog me your time.  I finished in 10:37.
