Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

As I finished up the body weight resistance training at a local fire department, we shuffled the cards and embarked on one more 10-card workout.  It unfolded as follows:

  • 20 jump burpees w/ pushup
  • 10 yard bear crawls (up & back twice)
  • 20 side lunges (each leg)
  • 30 second front plank
  • 10 single leg calf raises
  • 10 staggered arm pushups (each way)
  • 5 staggered arm pushups (each way)
  • 20 pike walks
  • 30 second front plank
  • 5 forward lunges (each leg)
