Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

After a recent training on body weight driven resistance training at a local fire department we embarked on a ’12 card’ workout.  I decided to make it this week’s workout- here’s what we drew:

  • 20 jump burpees
  • 10 bear crawls (10 yards forward, then backward =2)
  • 20 side lunges (each way)
  • 10 bear crawls (10 yards forward, then backward =2)
  • 5 side lunges (each way)
  • 30 second back bridge
  • 15 single-leg calf raises (each leg)
  • 15 second side plank (each side)
  • 15 forward lunges (each leg)
  • 20 staggered arm pushups (each way)
  • 10 pike walks
  • 20 air squats
