Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

This one comes from a Roseville Police Officer- I nearly lost it on this workout.  I made a couple minor changes to minimize equipment, but you will need a kettlebell (pick your weight) and a 45 lb bar (or two 20 lb dumbells).  I will just call it “Everything In Under 25.”

  • 20 jump squats
  • 20 pushups
  • 20 kettlebell swings
  • 20 abdominal curls
  • 20 squat thrusts w/ 45 lb bar
  • run 200 meters

repeat 5x.  Post your time- I finished in 24:53 with nothing left.
