Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

This ‘count by 5s’ workout did not take long but worth the effort:

  • 5 pullups
  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 15 pushups
  • 20 air squats
  • 25 second planks (left side, front, & right side)

repeat 5x

    Widegren and I did this morning. It was fun, forgot to start time, but I think it was around 12 mins, the planks really slow things down.
