Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

Short on time?  Try this workout I call “NEED FOR SPEED”-

  • run (and I mean run) 200 meters
  • 10 pullups
  • 20 alternating hand pushups (10 each way)

repeat 4 times and post your time.  I finished, exhausted, in 11:37.
