Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I was angry when I did this workout, so accept my apology if you don’t enjoy this one.  It’s called “Two Failure”- Two exercises done to failure repeatedly.  Failure is defined as continuous repetitions without rest until you cannot complete another rep.

  • Jump Burpees w/ pushup to failure
  • side plank to failure (left side, then right side)

repeat 4X as fast as you can!
