  • 25 pushups
  • 25 kettlebell swings
  • 25 air squats
  • 10 pullups

repeat 4 times!

    Well I missed this one the 1st time around, so I did it on 03/06/10. What a great start to the day.
    Modifications;
    1 mile @ 7.5 mph and 2% incline on treadmill.
    Did 50 lb dumbell swings in place of KB swings
    Will definitely visit this workout again.
