    Convinced a few guys to do this workout the other day, believe me, we definitely remembered the 80’s. I almost vomited! Substituted a flat grip on 45 lb dumbell, in place of kettlebell.

    Got talked into doing this workout…..and I have to say I’m glad I did. It was very taxing but well worth it!
