Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

The running in this workout really adds to the “fun.” 

400m run as fast as you can
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 push up
10 pull ups

repeat 4 times & post your time .  To lessen the intensity, you can 1) jog rather than sprint, 2) do 2 or 3 times rather than 4, 3) do 30, 20, 10, 5 reps of each exercise.
