Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

This I called “Lower Body Blowout” after finishing & having my legs feel like pasta noodles!

  • jog 1.5 miles
  • 100 partial squats (knees to 90 degrees)
  • 100 lunges (alternating lead leg)
  • 100 calf raises

Are you competitive?  Do as quickly as possible and post your time.
