Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

I call this one “Lots of Fives” for obvious reasons . . .

  • 500 meter row
  • 5 sets of 10 pull-ups & 10 squats w/ 15lb medicine ball
  • 500 meter row
  • 5 sets of 10 push-ups & 10 second planks (front & both sides)
  • 500 meter row
  • 5 sets of 10 lat pulls (100lbs) & 10 wall-balls (15lb medicine ball)
  • 500 meter row
  • 5 sets of 10 lateral raises & 10 bicep curls (10lb dumbells)
  • 500 meter row

I did this one on Veteran’s Day (November 11) and it took me about 50 minutes.  Soreness sure to follow . . .
