Speaking with a law enforcement officer recently who lost a lot of weight in the past year I asked “how did you do it?”  So many diets out there I was curious which fad diet he chose, but to my surprise he responded “jogging and eating less.”  Wow, what a concept!!!

Weigh yourself daily & make immediate, small changes to your eating and exercise if weight begins to climb.  It is MUCH easier to make the small changes to manage weight than the large ones to lose it.
