6 01 2009The running in this workout really adds to the “fun.”
400m run as fast as you can
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 push up
10 pull ups
repeat 4 times & post your time . To lessen the intensity, you can 1) jog rather than sprint, 2) do 2 or 3 times rather than 4, 3) do 30, 20, 10, 5 reps of each exercise.
