  • 10 “knees to elbows”

Tip of the Week

25 01 2009

Speaking with a law enforcement officer recently who lost a lot of weight in the past year I asked “how did you do it?”  So many diets out there I was curious which fad diet he chose, but to my surprise he responded “jogging and eating less.”  Wow, what a concept!!!

Berryhill’s Workout of the Week

Here’s a workout from a Roseville Police Officer called “5/10/15”.  The goal is to complete as many cycles as possible in 20 minutes.  A couple of the officers completed 26 cycles!  Ouch.

    5 – pull ups
    10 – push ups
    15 – air squats

Tip of the Week

12 01 2009

When possible, make your workouts fun.  Include friends & co-workers.  Even if your workout is hard, pain likes company . . .

Exercise does not “just happen” . . . Plan ahead.  Plan when, where, what, & how long your exercise will be for tomorrow.
